晚餐:藏心乳酪*1、奶酥金牛角*2、泡菜豬里肌肉鍋、板豆腐雞蛋*2、洋蔥、蝦洋芋片½🤚

50.9 kg Lost so far: 4.4 kg.    Still to go: 0.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 7.7 kg a Week
