中午:肉骨茶泡麵、豬里肌肉片、雞蛋
晚餐:大豆+雪克、啤酒*4、炸物、水餃、烤魷魚、滷味小拼(跳舞聖誕趴)

Ps.原來唱歌消耗熱量更大🤣
