Up a little. I think I need to add some exercise to keep things on track, but I'm not worried. I think next week the scale will show that I'm still eating right.
77.4 kg Lost so far: 2.0 kg.    Still to go: 11.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.3 kg a Week

You are right though - exercise is amazing how it effects the scale, if you can squeeze in an additional 20 minute power walk/run here or there, I bet it helps! Good luck!
