傍晚:白斬雞
晚餐:羊肉爐、凍豆腐、金針菇、茼蒿、百威*2、可樂果
水量2500
51.3 kg Lost so far: 4 kg.    Still to go: 1.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
