I struggle with getting more protein than carbs. I wish I liked meat more.
75.7 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 12.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

try greek yogurt, it has 20 grams of protein per serving and they have so much variety to choose from, i start phase three next week, and already bought it. Also if you are having trouble consuming protein try protein shakes that are high in protein and low in fat. found one in sams club with like 100 calories and like 20 grams of protein.
