I know I literally just said that I need to not be disappointed when I don’t lose weight, but that was before I was 147 again. Not that I did entirely the best with eating. Lunch: large croissant, baked potato, cucumber and tomato Dinner: very large salad with carrot tomato cucumber avacado onion black beans chicken and a little too much dressing cause it came out fast. Snack: nuts Dessert: snack size peanut m&ms and snickers
