Bad day yesterday
Ran into some sugar that spiked my appetite
73.6 kg Lost so far: 7.2 kg.    Still to go: 1.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Sugar does the same to me. Causes me to gain weight even if my calories are in line.

It stimulates my appetite I eat carbs no doubt I’m plant based so with that you eat a fair amount of carbs It’s the straight up sugar that wakes the beast 😊
