This was my weight at doc today (yesterday, its 4am right now). I'm starting a life saving diet today which includes not smoking because I've been really horrible to my body lately and I'm hurting myself. I pretend I don't care I've gained and don't care if I die but I changed my mind. I do care. So starting today I'm eating fruits, vegetables, whole grains and lean protein. No alcohol. No cigarettes. Plenty of water. Heart healthy exercise and stretching. I'm taking better care of myself before I cause any real damage, if it's not too late.
