Siangnya makan nasi goreng buatan sendiri + 1 potong paha bawah ayam, dan jam 6-an sore menyantap beef burger 150 gram dengan kencang goreng. Naik 800 gram seketika 😉
73.8 kg Lost so far: 15.4 kg.    Still to go: 0.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
