昨天飲食:吃一堆😅
早:大豆+豆漿+黑芝麻、起司漢堡牛肉
中餐:水餃*4、北海道起司干貝*3
運動後:雪克、大豆、水餃*3、3分之一菠蘿麵包、豬肉條、杏仁脆餅
晚上:牛排、炒透抽、蕃茄炒蛋、豆皮炒娃娃菜、四季豆、酸菜魚湯、蘿蔔排骨湯、芭樂、水梨、杏仁脆餅
宵夜:豬肉條、栗子
運動:健身1.5H、走路30H
水量3200
