Fell off the bandwagon for the last 2 ish weeks. Life 🤷🏻‍♀️ I was dreading getting back on the scale but was surprised to see I lost an additional pound?! Guess I’m right on track. Can’t wait to get back consistent in the groove!
63.6 kg Lost so far: 2.6 kg.    Still to go: 6.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
