sometimes I feel very disappointed and low...but I have to be patient with me..change takes time ...,,😀
64 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I am following intermittent fasting 16:8 window... Diet -- Morning drink -- beetroot juice Brkfst --- poha \ veg sandwich \ besan chilla \salad Lunch --- any sbji +2 chappati +curd Dinner -- any sbji + 1 chappati + rice + curd
