Congratulations on your weight loss, you can really see a big difference 10lbs makes in your before and after picture. There is no other way to keep losing then to really track your calories and increase your excercise. I am trying to "bank" calories during the week so I when I have those extras I don't gain. And you really need to choose your extras wisely because they can derail all your hard work.Its a life long journey.
