7250 Steps yesterday! I took 20 minute walk as part of lunch and it was sooo great! The weather was beautiful and it felt good to be outside. Goal is 7500 steps today.

As for the Old Man... the smirk has turned back into a slight smile :) I am actually down this morning, .5 lb form the low a few days ago and 1.5 from the last two days. This is exciting! I like seeing paying attention paying off and I am truly not deprived at all, LOL look at my food choices definitely NOT on a diet ;)
115.9 kg Lost so far: 5.0 kg.    Still to go: 36.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I have always thought of "diet" as a four letter word! ;) Glad you are making choices that are right for you. That is true success in my book!

Thanks, Dawn! I am kinda doing the intuitive eating thing but with abit more structure (as in calorie count) because if I give myself tooo much leeway, well see my hiatus ;)
