The best thing to do is to incorporate some chocolate into your diet and calorie count. If its somethng you crave its far more sustainable in the long term to incorporate a reasonable amount of it into your lifestyle than sit there for weeks wishing you could eat it, and then giving in and eating a full packet in one sitting (speaking from experience)

I keep getting dried fruit. You can add it to yogurt fat free and drizzle with honey. I have dried apple rings dried mangoes and dried apricots! Perfect snack

Natural fat-free greek yoghurt, fruit, sweet freedom choc shots and granulated sweetner, this is my go-to snack 😋

Chopped up bananas (with optional fat free Greek yogurt), or a punnet of grapes. Or maybe a yogurt like an actimel. You got this!

hi , truthfully nothing will help you lose weight faster . you could eat any substitute and still be eating too much so it's usually a trade off ,A little here and there , try to take the portion size of chocolate you have and only eat 1/2 of it . if you find this impossible at first pursue it until you have enough self control to do it . the reduced the 1/2 to a 1/4 . it's easier than trying to go cold turkey , if you replace sweet addiction for a different sweet addiction you still have the " addiction" all the best .

I have natural yoghurt with seeds and candied peel which I make from the grapefruit skins I have every day.

I agree it’s best (and most realistic) to just reduce the portion size! I find it helps to consciously buy smaller mini-size bars of chocolate, then the brain knows that’s one portion size. If I buy a huge dairy milk, my brain doesn’t want to stop eating it until the wrapper is empty!

I agree the mini/snack size ones are great. I also get a mix of berries wash them and have them in the fridge ready to graze. Asda have some lovely sweet blueberries. M&S meringue nests are only 50cals with berries and a protein pudding it makes a filling dessert.

Protein bars, fruits and... A lot of protein to not want to eat. But if it's too rarely, just eat that chocolate and feel happy 🙂 that's not a problem to eat it sometimes, if you want.

Cinnamon!!! Like, actual, in a tub, find it in the herbs and spices section of supermarkets - ground cinnamon. A few pinches of cinnamon and hold it on your tongue for a few seconds. I get about a quarter of a teaspoon (like two pinches worth) and that has really helped me completely get over chocolate! Which I was really struggling with after Christmas but I'm three weeks clean now 😁
