Got through weekend Not so bad. Walked and did some work on spouse's art gallery renovation. Painting burns a lot of calories! Gonna try to meet with trainer tomorrow Wondering what gym scale has to say. My house scale is very kind.
66.2 kg Lost so far: 8.2 kg.    Still to go: 7.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
