Trying my first cup of bullet proof coffee, taste is ok. At work and made some hot bullet proof tea, tastes pretty good!
For some reason my blood sugar readings vary quite a bit from one finger to the next, wonder why that is? (difference of 20 +/- )
At my Beloved's request I made a Bullet Proof Orange and Spice herbal tea and it is delicious!
