無聊算了一下減肥日數
今日邁入第90天~(拍手)
想當年高中時用蘋果減肥法兩個月瘦八公斤
現在已經無法這樣了啊…
就以中年婦女的姿態努力吧😆
62.6 kg Lost so far: 3.5 kg.    Still to go: 4.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
