Not getting down fast enough....but gotta keep moving. Pushed through my low energy today.

**TODAY'S WORKOUT**
1) "30 Day Shred"
58.7 kg Lost so far: 13.8 kg.    Still to go: 5.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 6.4 kg a Week
