Have been doing my best to follow my diet the past few days. Had lunch at my Aunty's yesterday, we had lasagne with salad and a bread roll. So instead of my dinner I had my lite n' easy lunch for dinner last night.

Have found it hard to fit in exercise this week, have scrapbooking tonight and a job interview tomorrow night! But will definitely get it in over the weekend.

3.5kgs to lose in 3.5 weeks… is this possible?? Guess I just have to TRY!!
63.5 kg Lost so far: 2.5 kg.    Still to go: 9.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
