Post long weekend get away. I am again reminded howy eating habits hold me back. Need a reset and back to the basics... not discouraged I can absolutely do this. Goal is within reach just have to push to get closer and closer. Thanks to the people here who are all working on different goals and share their progress it helps the rest of us know it can be done!
