Gained at least 2 pounds. For the past 3 weeks, I've averaged 750-850 calories per day. I'm taking in 25%-50% of recommended carbs per week. Even on Trulicity, which causes weight loss in diabetics, I'm not losing weight. Hyperinsulin resistance is so frustrating.

I don't worry about the scale to much, but I do take measurements, seems better for me and NSV!

Definitely consult a doctor before going on a diet that’s so low in cals. There is a minimum amount of calories your body needs for basic metabolic functions, so you might actually be doing more harm than good going that low. Best of luck 🙏🏻

You may not be losing because you are not eating enough calories to sustain your body. It begins to hold on to fat and calories just to get nutrients. Up your calories to at least 1000 but 1200 is even better.

What Diana said is absolute gospel! Your body is in starvation and preservation of life mode. You are consuming muscle to sustain life. Please add calories and maybe consult a dietician. Your health is very important!

Are you doing the recommended calories for your weight on here? if you are not start! I never thought 2200 calories would cause weight loss. This app knows how to deal with overweight and in my case obese ppl.
