I was really hoping to have lost more weight from last week, but I still dropped over 2 lb. so I am happy with that. I'm just going to continue to do intermittent fasting during the weekdays, go for my morning walks and my afternoon bike rides, and make sure that I get enough protein and fiber with a minimum of calories.
