減重日誌

今日體重 早上 51.8kg
晚上 52.3kg


飲食熱量控制1200kcal,要減至45kg。
之前身體不適,常上醫院及吃藥後,最近體重增加了,經過這幾年多次減重,從昨天又開始減重,今天碳水化合物又多了😮‍💨,熱量大於我之前,想回復以前 45 kg,和熱量 1200 kcal 。
51.8 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 6.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
