I didn't do too well with the calories yesterday. Went out of town and had Arby's, I knew what I was doing but we don't have one here and it's been awhile. Oh,, and the Icee on the road, I didn't expect that and I wont be doing that again. Maybe it was the movie popcorn. Yeah, it was all of the above. Back on the diet and a new work week. I expect better results tomorrow. Have a good weekend everyone.
