Im not recording my weigh ins because I've stayed the same and haven't lost 'weight'. I've lost more fat percent. Trying a new program called HIIT MAX - hopefully i break through this plateau.
72.6 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 4.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Great work on the exercise. You may want to change up the food in some way, too. that can break a stall.

Getting your fat percentage is the number one thing your are looking for, that means you are gaining muscle and, then, your metabolism gets faster (keeping that muscle in place requires more calories) and that is when you will start loosing weight! Keep it up, your weight will go down!
