Single leg dumbbell row 10rpts x2
Hip raise 10rpts x2
Side leg raise 10rpts x2
104.1 kg Lost so far: 5.7 kg.    Still to go: 9.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 3.5 kg a Week
