I have done that many times over, right now I have gone back on Induction for a couple of weeks or maybe even 4...I was doing so well and did a loss of 44 lbs. and then went on a cruise and came back 7 lbs up....and have been holding there every since May 15th...So now I will get serious again and continue with the weight loss, I need to lose about 27 more lbs.... don't ever give up just get back on track and continue your journey...do not beat yourself up...EVER!
