運動:健身1h、蹦床1h🥵、膠原蛋白
晚餐:氣炸雞腿、胡麻醬空心菜、煎豆皮、馬鈴薯蛋泥
睡前:雪克½
水量3000
51.2 kg Lost so far: 4.1 kg.    Still to go: 1.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 4.2 kg a Week
