下午:泰式鴛鴦奶茶3分糖
晚餐:熊貓豆腐烏龍麵 (牛)
宵夜:麻辣鍋泡麵3分之一
水量2000
51.4 kg Lost so far: 3.9 kg.    Still to go: 1.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 1.4 kg a Week
