up, down, up, down. Every pound is a fight for a few weeks, then I drop a pound and fight with that one. The process is slow, but as long as it is going down I am happy. I'm so close to my goal.
70.5 kg Lost so far: 11.1 kg.    Still to go: 3.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
