BLAH!!!! I stayed OP this week and only lost 0.4 lbs. I knew it would slow down sometime, but I wish it would have waited a little longer.
This is where I have gotten discouraged in the past and quit. Well, I won't quit this time, no matter how slow the weightloss is. Can't quit something that is now a lifestyle change.
Hopefully next week will be better results. I am going to try to make sure I eat my AP points this week. I haven't been doing that and perhaps I need to now that exercise is part of my week.
