Feeling much better about myself.
I've been riding my bike more, eating more fruits and veggies and not giving in to all my nasty cravings for junk.
I probably won't meet my goal of being between 160 and 165lbs by the end of August, but if I can get between 165 and 170lbs I will be pretty happy. :) (Though there might still be hope of the low 160s if I push hard...)
