So I am a little up but its nothing to worry about. I an confident that with careful vigilance I can overcome this brick wall that I seem to have hit. I was running earlier this summer. I even planned to do a 5k but I chickened out. My knees were starting to hurt but I still wimped out. I am a little lost right now but hopefully I can find my way out
