Frustrating seeing the scale go up today, I have been eating under 1000 calories for weeks now, having cut carbs down below 40 most days, and the scale is barely moving. So much for do keto for 4 weeks lose 30 lbs like my friends all seem to have done! UGH! Anyhow slow and sure will be my continued plan, and probably I will increase my intake now bc this is ridiculous.
83.9 kg Lost so far: 13.5 kg.    Still to go: 9.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I find only focusing on calories and protein to be the most effective, personally. Let the fats and carbs land where they may. 😎
