Wedding last weekend in MI, it was wonderful to see family.
A lot of red meat. Swiss steak was yummy, three burgers, bed and breakfast served high carb breakfasts. Glad to be home and eating better. I had a food hangover.
62.1 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 5.4 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
