I want to become frustrated.. but i realized, i started lifting weights again this past month, clothes are fitting the same if not better, so i am hoping this weight gain is from muscles.
81.4 kg Lost so far: 14.2 kg.    Still to go: 13.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
