I was pretty stressed when my treadmill broke but I am so happy I got an elliptical. I am able to work harder daily without hurting my self, feeling stronger every day.
93.3 kg Lost so far: 15.6 kg.    Still to go: 20.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
