早:雪克
中:肉骨茶泡麵、雲吞*6、豆皮、雞蛋
晚:韭菜水餃*20
宵夜:麻辣腸旺豆腐、鹹酥雞
水量:3000
52.5 kg Lost so far: 2.8 kg.    Still to go: 2.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 7.7 kg a Week
