I'm a little bummed that I didn't lose as much weight as I wanted to this week. This weekend is sure to bring on high calories foods, as we're going to a friend's house to eat. I'm quite worried about what the scale will say next week. I'll TRY to eat as healthy as possible....but I don't think that'll happen. :(
58.7 kg Lost so far: 13.8 kg.    Still to go: 5.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
