I'm having a relaxing weekend off from everything. No workouts, no calorie counting, but Still watching what I eat.
69.6 kg Lost so far: 12.0 kg.    Still to go: 2.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I needed the break. Been working out with no breaks for 5 months. My body needs to recover. And I want to see if I can eat without counting calories every day. Tuesday I'm starting a new routine.😁👍
