I'm feeling a bit discouraged by my exercise routine. I'm not seeing the results I was hoping for. I'm working out 5 days a week. I want to build muscle. but I am not seeing it. I still look flabby. Maybe it is the food I am eating? I eat healthy but I do let myself have a treat twice a week. A piece of cake or small fries. This keeps me from bingeing.

Thanks 👍 I am trying. I just can't seem to get to my goal, like I am stuck fighting with the same 3 lbs. I wonder if it is muscle gain?

Time is a b*tch! Patience is difficult sometimes! It is a grind that does take time. Progress pics really help in those department. So do measurements. How about your lifts? Are you increasing weights consistently? If so, that means you are progressing! 😎

Yes I am taking pictures and measurements. Also have been increasing my weights. But I wonder if I am doing too many varieties of exercises? Should I only do a few but increase the weight and reps? I've been at this for 6 months and I really don't see any changes in muscle size. Maybe I need to post some pictures of before and after?

my obesity doctor advised me 30 grams protein and 7-10 grams fibre at breakfast lunch and dinner. Are you getting enough protein? Water?

I eat 100 grams of protein a day, 150 carbs and 40 fat. I have to keep my fibre low because I have IBS.
