A really stressful 2 weeks.... I haven't been in the gym properly for 3 weeks. Both children sick multiple times. And my little 20 month old admitted on Tuesday night with swine flu. I think this drop in weight is more a loss of muscles than anything, I've been tracking but my protein has barely been 60g a day - cause I've been eating quick meals and snacks with all that's going on. I actually thought I would be up in weight, but it make sense. Muscle loss. It's ok, we get through one challenge at a time.
74.3 kg Lost so far: 20.9 kg.    Still to go: 9.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
