Started ww on Sunday Aug 21. Weighed 208.2 then... Weighed 205.8 this morning. Have a very long way to go, but slow and steady wins the race (praying for patience as I type this!!).
93.4 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 37.6 kg.    Diet followed: Not Applicable.
