I lowered my calories to 1250 this week and no change. All I was, was hungry and grumpy. I'm so scared to gain weight if I eat more calories, but I feel better when I do. I'll bring it back up to 1400. I'm not even sure how much I need anymore. I need to redo my macros and calories.
69.9 kg Lost so far: 11.8 kg.    Still to go: 2.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
