gotta double my efforts but time just flies, I have a lot to do beside tracking my weight and spending additional time training and it feels hard to manage everything together.
95.5 kg Lost so far: 3.9 kg.    Still to go: 32.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
