Somehow I walked 15k steps, stayed at a calorie deficit and drank alllllll the water yesterday and I’m still up 😂 That’s alright! This time around it seems a little harder to get in the swing of things, but I’m gonna keep truckin and eventually I’ll get back in the groove! I hope y’all have a day that’s as amazing as you are ❤️
