I haven’t been tracking since my wedding last august and I’ve put on just under a stone since then! I have a holiday in two and a half months so starting to track calories again from today. I had babybel, tomato and ryvita for breakfast and egg salad for lunch - have 700 cals left for the day which isn’t bad. Doing a food shop after work to get organised. Hoping to lose at least a stone and a half for the holiday. It starts today! ✌️
78.6 kg Lost so far: 5.7 kg.    Still to go: 10.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
