昨天早上空腹運動,加上整天吃700卡熱量以蛋白質為主,並實行睡前4小時不喝水,免除隔日水腫,今天一量體重不變,連0.1都沒掉,好喪啊!😭😭😭
70.9 kg Lost so far: 6.1 kg.    Still to go: 11.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
