7 Days of Detox - COMPLETE. Yay! I had a few bobbles, but nothing that was more than 100 calories. I'll call 10lbs lost in 1 week a success! Now, the challenge is to keep that weight off, and continue on a downward trend.
79.9 kg Lost so far: 19.5 kg.    Still to go: 10.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
